"Seifuku Meister" is an organization secretly stealing uniforms (seifuku) from all over the world. In fact, one of the top executives of the organization, Captain An-an, is forcefully taking uniforms from girls right this moment. How does one get the girls naked in the first place? The answer is simple: just do them.

The dark plot of "Seifuku Meister" is nearly accomplished. The only uniform left is the shrine maiden uniform. One day, they receive information that there will be a "shrine maiden festival" held soon. On the very day of the festival, Captain An-an and his followers triumphantly attack the site. However, they're confronted by a group of mysterious but cute girls: The Miko-san Rangers! Captain An-an and his crew fail to accomplish their mission.
