Karmen Ketchner

Karmen Ketchner is a former drug addict and has been on probation because of her addiction for as long as she can remember. She has one daughter, Kiara, and loves her deeply. Everything Karmen does she does so for Kiara. Although times are hard, she's excited to finally be off probation once and for all and get to put her past of drugs and crime behind her.
