Phebe Phont

Dr. Phebe Phont is Lone River P&P's resident psychiatrist. Born and raised in England, she traveled across the pond for reasons only she knows. She specializes in primarily in anger but is well versed in all mental disorders and issues. Phebe also acts as Byron's psychiatrist when the need arises.
