Panther Software是一家日本游戏及软件开发商。它最初于1987年成立，名为Studio Panther，1991年改名为Panther Software Co., Ltd.（后改为Panther Software Inc.）。社长为佐藤健二，他同时还经营着Yuuto Group，而Panther Software正是该集团的控股子公司。2000年，公司改名为Interlex Inc.，但仍继续使用Panther Software之名。2004年前后，一家名为Panther Software Inc.的新公司作为Interlex的子公司成立。2005年，Interlex脱离Yuuto Group，由CD Bros.接管，Panther Software Inc.被分拆为一家独立公司，后来成为Contents Traffic Co., Ltd.的一部分。2009年5月，在CD Bros.、D.O.和ZyX并入Contents Traffic Co., Ltd.的同时，Interlex改名为Interlex Core，其子公司Interlex Sales改名为Interlex。
