In 1963, Lucas spends his days in a small town where little ever seems to change. He wakes before sunrise to open the bakery, looks after his family, and carries on with the same routine he has followed for years. It is a simple life, one he has long accepted as his own.

Everything begins to shift when Gaston, a childhood friend who once vanished beyond the town’s borders, returns without warning. His arrival stirs memories Lucas thought had faded and awakens feelings he has kept buried for far too long. As the days pass, Lucas finds himself caught between the life he has always known and the possibility of something more.
