When her bestie Kai asks her to dog-sit for him, Kiki jumps at the opportunity hoping that just talking through her feelings with anyone--even dogs--will help heal her heartache and give her clarity. But as the days drone on and dreams of her ex-lover plague her, Kiki grows frustrated with her inability to meaningfully communicate with the dogs.
She resorts to using magic to make talking with them easier. But her spell backfires turning the dogs human instead of making them speak human.
Can she turn them back before Kai returns, and can she still get the healing and clarity she wants?
