This is a story of three friends: Artyom, Tima, and Vova. Three ordinary guys with their own hang-ups and jokes. One day, they decide to throw a house party... After falling asleep there, Artyom wakes up in the USSR in 1988. He has nothing in his pocket but a pack of cigarettes and a cell phone. Text messages from an unknown number start arriving on his phone... His friends aren't answering... Could this be someone's prank? What will an ordinary guy from modern Russia do in the USSR?
