You are Yuki. You're just another citizen of Heiwa City, and you've experienced enough of the world and already got bored of it.
But the god of death has a different plan. After the world is destroyed, they want you to go back to 4 days before everything ends and tie up all the loose ends for all of them.
One such group of troubled souls is a family who wants to use their last moment differently.
