Madoka returns home from a nightmarish southern island assault hell.
To try and rid her despicable experiences from mind, she hits the night streets with a vengeance.

She targets a group of local gangsters and takes them out one by one. But they know what happened to her on the island, and they know her fragile emotional state. They devise a trap, and suddenly Madoka is in an all-new gang rve.
