The Partridge Longs for the Moon

Lucine and Chakori get assigned to complete a project together at work. Upon meeting for the first time, they end up instantly charmed by one another, becoming incredibly fast friends. In fact, with how well-liked she is by Lucine's daughter Astra, and how often she comes over to visit the two of them, it seems almost as if Chakori's begun to fill in the empty space left behind by Lucine's ex-husband years ago... and then some.

But, surely, the way Lucine feels about her couldn't be... love, right? After all, she's always been straight... hasn't she?
