Wakaba lost her life to "Youth Deficiency Syndrome."

The protagonist Arata, alongside Chihaya, boards the "Frogvan" developed by Mr. Yoshizuka. They shift worldlines to save Waka.

However, in the shifted worldline, they encounter a different Waka unlike the one they knew.
"Rise again, time after time."

Overcoming numerous tragedies, Arata struggles to secure the worldline where his "wish" is granted.
