ママしぼり2（ママしぼりの事情）

The protagonist is a boy, Hobara Nao. He is avoiding his mother, who is worried and, wanting to be a good mother, faces her son and asks him what is wrong. It seems he has a special health-problem, so she decides to take him to doctor, a woman-doctor of course.
She examines him and concludes he has rare sickness and that there is only one cure. The cure is nothing less than the son 'releasing' himself by receiving the 'special' love from his lovely beautiful mother. Of course the woman-doctor and many other beautiful mature ladies helps the mother in her task curing her son. In the end will the son be cured?
