Cursed by a fairy, Aurelia (named fixed) awakens from a century-long slumber thanks to a kiss from Prince Philibert. However, the castle remains ensnared in thorns, and all its other inhabitants lie fast asleep, showing no signs of stirring.

Though bewildered by the hundred-year generation gap separating her from the present, Aurelia joins forces with Philibert and the knight Leandre to seek a way to break the curse upon the castle.
And when she finally reaches her destination, what decision will Aurelia make...?
