Winter Hubris

You play as Richard, a man who gets stranded in an abandoned research facility while retrieving corpses, and must survive with your limited resources until your team comes back for you.

But he isn't alone.

A terrible "disease" eats away at Richard day by day, and you must manage its spread while keeping your hunger and sanity in check. Explore the base while you can, and scavenge for resources before Richard starves, goes insane, or becomes one with the fester.
