Amelia Miller is a commoner girl in London in the late 1700s. She escapes her abusive household and must provide for her younger sister, Charlotte, by working as a maid at the Frankenstein Mansion. It's been said that ever since the Lady of the House died, the family has gone mad. Is it true?

Upon entering the mansion, Amelia is introduced to a multitude of faces. Some new, some old. However, there are four in particular that catch her attention. The shy and awkward boy next door, and her childhood crush. A flirty jeweler who has a keen eye for crystals. The free-spirited head chef who can't take her eyes off Amelia. And lastly, a mysterious and aloof scientist with an ongoing project in the background.
