Noland and Pierce have had a rocky start with their relationship, both being rather flawed people in their own ways… And with a mutual problem of chronic communication issues.
To make things even more complicated: a supernatural murder case spearheaded by a shady underground organisation looms over them.
They live in a world where people, known as ‘Representatives’, are gifted with unique powers. And as such, things never go quite as planned, unexpected forces can cause things to unravel when you least expect it.
