The story takes place in summer in the countryside, where there are only about three TV channels.

By the time the American wind blows over Tokyo and reaches this place as a gentle breeze, the wind has already changed direction. The protagonist is a female student who lives in such a place that is nothing out of the ordinary, except for its remoteness. Even she is living with the same thoughts and hopes as anyone else.
