About Sara

Sara is a visual novel that tells the journey of a fifty-year-old woman, Sara, toward inner healing and self-discovery through an intimate confrontation with a therapist. Through deep conversations, Sara explores the roots of her suffering, traumas, and personal struggles, stemming from a difficult childhood and destructive relationships. With guided questions from the therapist, the player navigates Sara's most intimate and painful memories, from childhood challenges—such as growing up in a violent family—to her attempts to cope with abuse, shame, and the complex path toward acceptance and inner strength.
