...Is what twenty-something Rory thinks when he finds himself coerced into feeding the gross but strangely alluring Nicky, a vampire with looks and little charm.

Rory is a twenty something with an average life, good friends, a nice apartment, the works. But still, he wishes for something more. With the desire to step out of his comfort zone, he ventures into a bar with two of his roommates. There, although he can't remember this meeting, he runs into Nicky, and things complicate quickly.
