Yoshimine Yuu is a student who hides a powerful power of mind control behind his innocent behavior. At first he's just using his power to play around with girls, but a mysterious organization distributes a weird contact lens named "blue eye" that allow the user to manipulate somebody. A mysterious girl fights this organization, and Yoshimine eventually gets caught in the battle between the two.
