In a world ruled by mega-corporations, Maeko comes to consciousness and learns she just sold all her memories of the previous three days—including the memory of why she would have ever done such a thing. Now her boss is giving her weird looks, a stranger is claiming to be her new friend, and she can't remember why she grounded her daughter.
Buy back memories to solve the mysteries of Maeko's past—and perhaps sell some of the new memories too. It's good money, and Maeko must do something to make this month's rent.
