All of a sudden, the world is closed off by winter.

People are longing for spring and ask Laetitia, a girl who has the blessing of the Goddess of Spring, to plead with the goddess for help.

Laetitia spends her days praying to the goddess for help, but when the Goddess of Spring finally descends, the deity tells her that the solution is to offer Laetitia as a "divine bride" to the God of Winter. This meant the end of her life as a human being.
