Momotei Gakuen is a co-educational boarding school with a male-to-female ratio of 1:10. It was an all-girls school when it was founded - however, the rights of the girls traditionally outweigh those of the boys.
They are housed in a boarded, rundown dormitory, which is a far cry from the luxurious girls' dormitory.

The "March 3rd Committee" plays a major role in their ill-treatment.

This all-girls committee, the most powerful in the school, is the key to this female chauvinism. They hold positions that resemble those of a podium, and are the object of admiration amongst the female students. One day, a rumor was circulated that the boys' dormitory was to be closed. Eventually, they learn that it is not a rumor but a fact, and the boys finally stand up for themselves. They (forcibly) form the "Private Peach Youth Student Council" with the protagonist, Kaoru Kuze, as its president.
