On a cold and snowy Christmas night, Sister Maria, chairman of a Catholic girls' college, found a baby wrapped in a white blanket. It didn't cry when she picked it up; it cooed, smiling like an angel. It had to have been a gift from God. Convinced as such, Sister Maria decided to raise it as if it were her own.
The baby grew fast into a child with strange powers. She could heal wounds and see things others couldn't. Sister Maria knew she was no ordinary kid, and so she told her to keep her powers secret.
Sixteen years later, in November, a messenger from Vatican visited.
