I remember that one quote everyone likes. "If you stare into the void for too long, then it will stare back into you."

If the void is really looking at me right now, then what is it seeing? How would the void describe me?

I wouldn't know how to describe myself. It's hard to put it into words.

For example, there's been a hole in my chest for as long as I remember, right where my lungs should be.
