Haru is a second year student at the prestigious Ruritania Royal College. One day, a small girl appears and issues him an order. She is Tamahime, a princess from the distant Oukoku, who wanted to try living the life of a commoner. To this end, she pretends to be Haru’s little sister Tamako and transfers into Ruritania.
