牝姫の虜 ～廃校舎の制服少女～

You play as an only child who has lost his parents as well as his grandparents. To make things worse he just got transferred to a new school. He at least makes a friend fairly quickly, but there’s something quite dubious about this school. From the classmates to the faculty, they all seem to be in some larger sex scandal. And now our main character is invited to join in the fun.
