病憑き～猟奇感染ウィルス～

The protagonist, whose dreams were shattered in the city, returns to his hometown only to be infected by an unknown substance after a minor injury in the shrine where he used to play as a child. Since then, his mental state has become unstable, leading to impulsive actions, strong delusions of persecution, and a compulsive obsession to have intercourse with more superior individuals and leave offspring. This obsession leads him to target three women.

Alongside his animalistic impulses, the protagonist becomes engulfed in the expressions, voices, and sensations of the frightened women he chases. Gradually losing his sense of self, his actions blur the line between whether they are truly the result of neurological destruction or just the fulfillment of his own desires. Amidst the chaotic mental ambivalence, his behavior continues to escalate.
