At some point in time, a rumor was spreading on the internet that when the public falls asleep and television programs end, suddenly on the TV screen appears a video of a magical girl being violated. These days, when fighting evil magical girls is are idolized, this kind of rumors are turning into funny stories, like scandals with celebrities that frequently occurred in the past.

Yet this particular rumor is true, and the videos that appear are the work of our protagonist, who is affiliated with an evil organization. He and his company have the power to take down the world, but do not show any interest in it, aiming just to assault magical girls.

Pitiful magical girls, symbols of justice, are assaulted and disgraced in various ways. One by one, their figures are shown on TV and videos, and their views and audience continue to rise. And finally, even influenceable powers, supporting the protagonist and his people from the shadows, start to appear.

They, "ordinary men," do not urge to erase videos of girls who risk their lives to protect peace; instead, they want to record them. To answer their desire, the protagonist, a remodeled human, is holding the "Evil Ratings", manifesting the expectations of ordinary men. Considering it, even now he turns into various forms and, while being altered, rapes magical girls.
