A 3rd year student at Cherry Tree High. Cindy has known Miley since childhood, although the two often argue and often feel that they just can’t escape each other. Her attitude is as rough as her appearance, which some people find intimidating, but she is unpretentious and trustworthy. Cindy is devoted to her band and regularly ditches school for practice, which isn’t great for her chances of graduating.
