"Now, come here. I came here to set you free." A mysterious gentleman who suddenly appears at the Ryuukyuu LAG headquarters. He talks and acts in a grandiose way and gives off a feeling of being disconnected to the world. He calls the protagonist his 'little bird' and seems strangely attached to her.
