President of the food delivery company in which Shoutaro has a part-time job. She is divorced. At work Seiko is a very strict woman who has done lots of yelling and screaming at her male subordinates. The only exception is her relation to Shoutaro; Seiko thinks he's cute and even tells him: "Your job is to sit in my lap♪".
