Touma's classmate who is a member of the discipline committee. She is very strict about the school rules. She mostly has bitter memories about Touma because she turned him down just before he moved away. When she is cornered, Natsumi has a tendency to use eroge lingo and reference some of the eroge she has played in the past, which often annoys Touma.
