Touko’s older brother, the student council president of Kamizawa Academy. Like Touko, he possesses super strength, but his techniques are not as good as Touko so he uses two hand to wield "Bunichi". He is diligent but at the same time very shy especially with woman. He loves his sister (in a healthy way), and aspires to become an angler even though he isn’t very good at it. His Jinyou origin is from an Ushi-oni ancestor, and thus he's sharing a body together with his sister ever since they were born. Depending on whose mind is taking control, their body changes accordingly (in Shuugen's case it's a man, in Touko's case it's a woman).
