Rosaria's been like family to Rex ever since her dad took him in. They grew up under the same roof, fought over bathroom time, snuck out at night, and had each other's backs through everything. She's tough, stubborn as hell, but one of the few people Rex can truly rely on. No matter what's going on, he knows she'll be there, probably yelling at him, but still there.
