The interim manager of Fuuryuuan. Entrusted by the brass at "Ressac," his previous workplace, he brings his experience in customer service to Fuuryuuan, which is a traditional Japanese restaurant. Ever since he traveled all throughout Japan, he has gained a greater appreciation for the Edo period which he puts to great use. He looks out for his staff, generally being a reasonable and reliable boss. When he gets too out of hand, he gets kept in line by Okyou-san.
