Duke Arthur

Duke of the House of Koor. He is married to the MC's sister, Princess Louise. A quiet man, who is unpopular in his province. His circle of cronies spend much of the time in the capital neglecting the rule of the Province. Lords outside of the Duke's circle feel frustrated and neglected.
