Duchess Bellaflor

Ruler of the Laor province, Duchess Bellaflor is an eccentric, yet very capable leader. She has ruled the Laor for thirty years. Like other houses, her House has been devastated. Her sons died in a series of 'accidents'. After her daughter died in childbirth, Bellaflor only has a few grandchildren to continue her line. Bellaflor has a very close relationships with Duchess Rhyder of the Gaor and Queen Kailyn.
