Miko Fiume and Toto Flusso, bratty gaki, one half of the Miko and Toto duo. Graffiti artists that tag up Rome with their signature palm print glowing paint, which allows them to teleport to any paint location so long as they are touching each other. They can also swap positions by touching each other's paint.
