Hocklan

One of the most threatening enforcers in all of the Nox Syndicate, Hocklan is well known for his deranged nature. Sporting a voracious appetite for torture and cruelty, it's said that Hocklan can't really experience joy without also causing harm. Kama, seeing Hocklan's industrious nature and proclivity for carnage, recruited him. He is now an invaluable tool for Kama's organization.
