The current cardinal of Saint Sheol, and Haku's father. He etablished the Cleanup Department three years prior the start of the game, and used to be the bishop of the Academics Department. An unprecedented genius who has greatly contributed to the technological advancement of the capital, and who's considered as a hero for those who suffer from discriminations in human rights. He's the protagonist of the upcoming HAPPY SAIN† ZERO prequel.
