Friedrich wishes to create a world where he is king. He’s a megalomaniac with a taste for revenge, after being driven out of the city for his mischief and almost killed in the process. He wants to “restart” the world, and create a new one according to his whims. to do this, he will recruit and infect every child on earth, and let them kill and destroy anyone else left alive, so that only mindless servants remain.
