Assistant Chief Engineer of the KOS-MOS Project General Operation System Research Center, Vector Industries First R&D Division. Upon graduation from the University of Bormeo, he joined Vector's First R&D Division. Although he is two years older than Shion, Allen is her junior by one year in the corporate hierarchy of Vector. He apparently comes from a wealthy family, but he does not share details of his background with anyone.
