A "Punisher" employed by "Innocence". The self-styled "Apex Predator". His policy is to prey on Chikan who in turn prey on women as part of their lifestyles. If he catches a Chikan in the act, he will anally rape the perpetrator, regardless of age or appearances, until the Chikan is utterly broken by the act.
