七瀬 ヒカリ

Hikari is the only daughter of the Superintendent General, for which she was given an unmatched official position and command of an airship, and established the Aozora Police Department, an independent law enforcement agency. She hunts down criminals for fun, randomly fires cannons around the city, and accidentally or sometimes intentionally hits the police headquarters. Citizens and police officers believe that Aozora Department are more dangerous than criminals.
