The police superintendent and principal of Kiou Academy. Beneath the mask of benevolence, he holds a large amount of deep, dark secrets within himself, dabbling in the dark world of Tokyo's Transient Trafficking while maintaining his role as the righteous officer. His identity is both Daikokuten, one of the Seven Lucky Gods from the Land of Wa, and Okuninushi, the fallen former Representative of Takamagahara, whose purpose in Tokyo is to take back everything that was stripped away from him.
