The "Black Thunder Prince" from the country seeped in darkness "Tokoyo". He has a prideful and ambitious character. There are times when he seems heartless but he would do anything for the sake of Tokoyo and shows great faith and kindness to his subordinates. He could be considered a formidable enemy to Chihiro but... He is technically the first Seiryu of Earth of the series. His particular trait is "Misery".
