Ken's classmate who is the student council vice president. Minatsu is a tomboy who is always ready to take action, especially when it has something to do with (shounen) anime or manga. She is surprisingly good in math, which Ken considers to be uncharacteristic of her. Minatsu is also very protective of her little sister Mafuyu and despises anyone who tries to hurt her.
