Esme Weeks

Chloe is one of the protagonist's few friends in The Phoenix Custodian. She is a capable agent for The Phoenix Custodians. However, her true loyalties lie with The Council, as she is one of Abigail’s best spies. Whilst the protagonist knew this woman as Chloe, after they met during their initial training (Chloe was there to spy on the recruits), her real name is Esme.
