Thomas Vermeer

Thomas Vermeer is Perry's father and was elected Mayor of the city almost four years ago. He's affiliated with a left-leaning party, but due to the current and complicated economic situation, they have been falling short on their promised social policies. Perry doesn't want to have anything to do with the political struggles that his father is immersed in, and he feels he's a disappointment to his high-achieving father.
